Full Job Description

  • Provide administrative support including managing documentation, visitor notifications, and maintaining security compliance
  • Handle financial and procurement tasks including processing purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and company purchase card transactions
  • Manage employee records and HR-related tasks including leave, overtime, attendance tracking, and uniform/PPE ordering
  • Coordinate service desk operations by monitoring work assignments, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with contract SLAs
  • Maintain and update various records and reports including waste returns, electronic diaries, and documentation per company requirements
  • Support office operations through supply management, IT equipment maintenance, and coordination with sub-contractors
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills while working in a team environment, using various software platforms (Google Suite, MS Office, Workday, etc.), We know how important it is to be fully committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive place to work for every one of our colleagues.     Previous administrative experience with strong customer service skills and client-facing abilities is essential
  • Working knowledge of waste management contracts is desirable
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and IT proficiency, including Microsoft Systems and Google Suite applications
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain high performance under pressure
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
  • Experience in waste management environment preferred, with demonstrated organisational and time management abilities
