Full Job Description
We are searching for a Contract Administrator to support the operational team with various administrative tasks and ensure that the highest standards of customer service are always maintained.,
- Supporting the Operational team with various administration tasks
- Preparing quality weekly/monthly reports, new starter packs; ordering of materials and consumables; input of timesheets and hours of staff in the wages system.
- Involved with the control and delivery of the staff rosters and assisting with correct manning levels ensuring compliance is always maintained.
- Managing absence and holiday records including sickness and annual leave for all direct reports.
- Reporting all accidents/incidents ensuring all key personnel are fully informed and that the completion of incident and accident reporting documents is carried out as per company procedure
- Ensuring performance reviews and Toolbox Talks are completed as per company policy.

- A clear understanding of delivering cleaning services
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs including Excel
- Strong customer focus, self-motivation, confidence, enthusiasm, well organized with an attention to detail
- Flexible/supportive team player
- Ability to work effectively and flexibly within a busy, dynamic working environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
