Serco have a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join the team at TCS Oakhanger in Bordon. As the Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring great customer service is delivered throughout. You will provide administration and business support (including payroll) to the TCS Oakhanger contract and be a Serco administrative point of contact for stakeholders. We are seeking an innovative and motivated individual to join the team. This role will involve supporting the needs of the contract while also pursuing personal objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for delivering results and a commitment to excellence.,
- Responsible for dissemination of approved internal and external communications
- Provide assistance with contract commercial activity including financial and supplier accounting or consumable purchasing
- Responsible for the production of the internal monthly contract newsletter
- Responsible for the management of the TCS SharePoint site
- Responsible for TCS document control via Sharepoint site
- Annual review of all applicable procedures and processes in line with the SMS and Quality Manual
- Form part of the Senior Management Team by providing input and contributing to site wide decision making
- Organise, attend and minute various planned and ad hoc meetings
- Work as part of a small team to process the monthly payroll including overtime, Monitoring and management of accurate timesheets, carrying out duties as directed by TCS management.
- Comply with all Serco Management System policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Comply with applicable HSEQ Fire, Human Resources and Security policies
- Uphold the values and behaviours of Serco and abide by the Governing Principles
- Promote Business Continuity and continuous improvement in your area, including the support of Planned General Inspections
- Coordinate and support with all champion activities on site such as TCS Communication Forum, Engagement, Green Ambassador, GDPR etc
- Support with induction of new employees
- Support with recruitment activities
- Conduct any other task as requested by Senior Management Team
Self-motivated and organised; able to work unsupervised on Administrative tasks set by the Senior Management Team - Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Excellent written skills and the ability to draft formal correspondence and communications
- Able to take accurate and relevant meeting notes and produce timely and accurate minutes
- High level of competency in MS Office including SharePoint
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills
- Full driving licence and a willingness to drive company vehicles
- Must be able to gain SC Clearance Desirable:
- Experience in payroll processing is desirable, including accounting systems such as SAP however full training will be given.
