Contract Analyst

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for critical thinking and a passion for data-driven decision-making? We are seeking a highly analytical Contract Analyst to join our innovative team and help us drive excellence in contract management This is a newly created role due to growth within the team and a great opportunity for someone who is very methodical seeking a move into a Procurement function, or equally someone with prior contract analyst experience seeking a new challenge The main purpose of the role will be to support performance improvement and commercial value with the Contract Management and Procurement teams through spend, supplier and market analytics, metric development, performance tracking and reporting This role will be based in our Head Office in Coventry City Centre and we will consider candidates for this role on both a full or part-time basis Further Responsibilities include:

• Track and reconcile Contract Recharges
• Produce and analyse contract spend data
• Track and produce management information reports for supplier performance meetings with stakeholders on a weekly basis
• Produce monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and measure data to support payments
• Support the monthly valuation/ reconciliation closure process
• Deliver clear and concise reporting to contract team and other key stakeholders
• Development of consistent budgeting and forecasting processes and models
• Provide insights and report on risk register including improvements and controls and ensuring delivery of actions
  
  The role requires someone who is an excellent communicator, detail oriented, and data driven, ideally with an understanding of a Finance and/or Procurement function
You will have proven experience in relevant reporting tools such as SAP and Power BI. You will be proficient on excel with the ability to manipulate data sets and reports with a commercial outcome in mind
