Full Job Description
- Help manage Sodexo, client, and customer expectations for all contract-related activities.
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager to build strong commercial knowledge.
- Identify risks for onsite activities and projects; work with the Commercial Manager to balance risks and rewards and create risk-reduction strategies.
- Provide commercial advice and contract support to operational managers with guidance from the Commercial Manager.
- Ensure any non-compliance (commercial or technical) is identified, assessed, and resolved in line with the contract.
- Review and ensure compliance with internal procedures and governance processes.
- Support the Projects & Lifecycle Teams in delivering commercially viable and compliant projects.
- Analyse data to create reports, troubleshoot, predict, and plan future maintenance needs.
Experience in managing both external and internal customers, including handling difficult conversations with customers and stakeholders. - Strong people management skills.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations in the workplace.
- Excellent report-writing abilities.
- Flexible to meet the needs of a large healthcare estate.
- Computer literate, ideally with experience using CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with strong math abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to adjust to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving skills using a logical approach.
- Calm and confident under pressure, with an understanding of urgency.
- Willing to learn about key contracts, agreements, and schedules relevant to the role.
Our UK Healthcare segment have a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Coordinator to join our talented and hard-working Hard FM Commercial team based at Manchester University Foundation NHS Trust (Oxford Road). This role combines administrative and strategic support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of commercial services within the Estates department. It's an exciting and dynamic role within the Estates team, with a focus on supporting the compliant service delivery of all Commercial matters within the Hard FM / Estates Department. You will assist our Commercial Manager in providing company needs through constantly communicating and negotiating with clients or business associates.
