Full Job Description
The Skills Transition Programme will be providing support to unemployed individuals with the aim of progressing them into energy transition roles. The programme will deliver one-week and two-week skills programmes containing modules to improve knowledge, awareness and energy transition related skills; alongside more specific employability skills (e.g. interview techniques, CV development) to support them into employment., The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operational delivery including face-to-face delivery in Birmingham & the West Midlands and remote national delivery as well as sourcing and onboarding employers to bring on vacancies specific to the learners on the programme. They will ensure that services are consistently delivered to the highest standards and that all performance and contractual requirements are met. The Contract Manager will line manage a team of Journey Advisors and Tutors- Skills Transition, empowering the team to deliver performance outcomes to deliver the best service to participants and supporting them into employment.
