Full Job Description

As an intern for the Contract Management Centre, you will be a crucial part of the Disney Consumer Products, Games and Publishing business team as they manage the licensing contracts for all Merchandise and Publishing throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). You will be immersed in the day to day business needs by primarily issuing Non-Disclosure Agreements, Artwork Release Letters, Point of Sale letters, running recurring and ad-hoc reports on business trends and metrics. You will also be involved in ensuring compliance with contract policies and procedures, drafting agreements, resolving issues and you will have the opportunity to be part of the many projects the team runs. This internship will strengthen your attention to detail and stakeholder management as well as your knowledge of the licensing industry.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

  • Must be a second year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2026

  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place

  • Available to start working full time from June 2025

  • Interested in the area you are applying for; whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest, A strong curiosity in law, policy and business trends

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
