Full Job Description

This role involves producing legal documentation, managing contract databases, and coordinating partner management committee meetings. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence on suppliers and clients, supporting contract renewals, and maintaining the supplier contract onboarding system. The position requires collaboration with internal partners, data collection for tenders, and providing reports and forecasts for senior management. As a Contract Management Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance team by overseeing the day-to-day management of contract production and administration. In this dynamic position, you'll conduct due diligence checks, manage financial processes, and contribute to company-wide document preparation. Your strong attention to detail and ability to build trusted relationships across the business will be essential, as will your confidence to challenge when necessary.,

  • Basic to intermediate IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Minimum Grade 5/4(C) GCSE English & Grade 6(B) in Maths.
  • Demonstratable experience of contract management processes and procedures
  • Key qualities include adaptability, strong focus, and multitasking abilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ethical, with a strong sense of right and wrong.
  • Excel at building trusting relationships, demonstrate moral courage by upholding company values, and are committed to a customer-focused approach, striving to exceed expectations.
