Full Job Description

FM Conway is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our Water and Drainage team. As our Contract Manager you will be managing the works programme, client relationship and team performance within specified contracts. This is a permanent, full-time role based from our Lutterworth depot in Leicestershire.

The duties of the Contract Manager role:

-Managing and resourcing the works programme, working within the constraints and specification of the contracts

-Ensuring that the works program is effectively resourced with labour, plant and materials

-Ensuring that all works are completed to both a timely and satisfactory standard

-Building effective and professional working relationships with clients.

-Promoting and managing safe working processes at all times, including carrying out safety audits in accordance with pre-determined targets

-Overseeing financial management, planning, systems and controls of specified contracts

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager with experience in the Water and Drainage industry. You will have excellent stakeholder experience, a strong commercial understanding and solid experience in programming of works. To be considered for this role you must have SMSTS or equivalent, a NVQ Level 4 qualification and a full UK driving licence., Disability Confident
