Contract Manager

Z-Tech are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of service contracts, ensuring compliance, strategic planning, and effective stakeholder engagement. • Collaborative Delivery: Demonstrated experience in maintaining and steering collaborative approaches within service delivery
• Contract Management: Proficient in overseeing the day-to-day management and administration of service contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, and addressing concerns to ensure project success.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities in mobilising teams, reviewing subcontractor performance, and ensuring that personnel undergo necessary training and security checks.
• Strategic Planning: Experienced in preparing reports, attending progress meetings, and overseeing the preparation of risk assessments and method statements for maintenance tasks and activities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Thorough understanding of CDM Regulations ensuring adherence throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Experience managing maintenance and/or construction contracts of similar value and complexity within critical infrastructure.
Proven practical experience in management and administration of NEC contracts
• Prior experience implementing a contract management solution for a large programme of works
• Background in quantity surveying/commercial management is advantageous.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively in multi-stakeholder environments, balancing diverse priorities to successfully meet project goals.
