Full Job Description

You will work closely on a small, dynamic team where you'll be the key point of contact for technical leads, internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely and collaboratively with internal finance, commercial and technical departments to achieve the efficient delivery of business objectives.
You will be responsible for managing the contract life cycle, arranging and leading regular supplier reviews to discuss improvements and monitor supplier performance. You will encourage innovation from suppliers, exploring new products or services that would benefit the organisation’s productivity as well as prove value for money.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
+ Managing the day to day running of the supplier contract. This will include monitoring contracts and supplier performance and having regular dialogue with suppliers to ensure standards are maintained or service failures rectified.
+ Developing a sound working relationship with the Supplier which fosters innovation and continuous improvement.
+ Engaging with the Commercial Advisor within the Commercial Directorate where there is a requirement to vary or extend a contract.
+ Considering the forward strategy for the business requirement to determine if the existing contract(s) will remain fit for purpose or whether alternative commercial activity is required.

+ SFIA - Contract Management (ITCM) - Level 5
+ SFIA - Relationship Management (RLMT) - Level 4, Interviews will be held week commencing Monday 14th October 2024.
This interview will be conducted via a video interview. Further details of which will be provided to you should you be selected for interview.
