To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Contract Sales Manager to join our team. This role will see you cascade and deliver the National Membership sales strategy through management of monthly and annual business plan targets, providing effective and supportive leadership, motivating, and managing teams and individuals and reporting daily/weekly/monthly contract membership sales performance to the National Sales Manager. You will deliver quarterly contract sales training, take responsibility for contract sales process audits and performance management, be involved in National sales and marketing campaign planning and delivery, drive new business through regional corporate business development activities and incentives, deliver monthly sales launch communication and input in Quarterly National Membership Sales meetings. Your main responsibilities

  • Motivation and management of teams/ individuals across BCLT.
  • Responsible for contract sales process audits and performance management through use of standardised sales management tools available.
  • Management of resource and providing relevant solution to assist contract management.
  • Delivery of Recruitment and standardised training on all new membership advisors in their region in support of the contract management.
  • Involvement in national sales & marketing campaign planning and delivery on an ongoing basis.
  • Design and deliver new sales & renewals campaigns.
  • Work effectively with the Marketing team and each site social media champion to continually improve our social media output across all sites.
  • Work with the National Sales Manager to implement best practice across all sites.
  • Involvement in the budgeting process for membership revenue lines across all sites.

    You will be an experienced Sales Manager, ideally from a leisure background, who can lead by example with demonstrable success in achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience of designing, planning, and implementing sales strategies with excellent communication skills so your team understand what is required of them and have a clear idea of how to achieve success.
  • Experience of managing a sales process across multiple sites, venues, or facilities is desirable.
  • Performance management and of training and coaching team members.
  • Excellent analytical skills are essential (report dissection), as well as the ability to provide calm and motivating leadership under pressure and a good work ethic., Google Chrome is the preferred browser to access Serco careers website
