Full Job Description

· Evaluateand administeragreements for contracted services.This includespreparing new contracts,renewals, and amendments.

· Coordinate compliance procedures, facility maintenance, and landscaping requirementswith vendors.

· Identifysafety, operational, and maintenance issues.Schedule support for special facility maintenance and repair projects.

· Trackvendor performanceutilizingestablished processes and systems.Prepare basic reports for internal and external stakeholders.

· Assistwith theproject managementprocessinvolvinginternal and externalcontributors andvendors.

· Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

· Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.

· Impactthe quality of own work.

· Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieveobjectivesand meet deadlines.

· Exchange straightforward information, ask questions,and check for understanding.

Skills Required

· Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.

· Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset., To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required., Accreditation or degree from a two-year program with emphasis in accounting or finance required plus a minimum of one year accounting or finance experience required. Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting, finance or related field preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to effectively respond to basic inquiries or requests, and successfully convey and explain system and accounting issues to non-system users.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires basic knowledge of accounting terms.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and solve basic problems in standard and non-standard situations. Requires basic analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail, and openness to new ideas and procedures.
