Contract Support Manager

We're looking for a contracts support manager to effectively support the business by allocating & instructing internal & external resources, procuring products & services from suppliers for fieldworks and the business facility, whilst providing day to day support to the Geotechnical Operations team across the north and northwest.

• Controlling expenditure through procurement of internal / external resources
• Management of the purchase order books for Doncaster office and purchase ledger accruals
• Procurement of subcontractors
• Ensure equipment and consumables arrive to site on time and in a cost effective manner
• To maintain a good relationship between suppliers. Be aware of new products.
• Maintain a list of hire and off hired equipment including supporting the site teams during demobilisation.
• Reviewing sub-contractor and supplier invoices and ensuring that all costs have been attributed to the contract.
  
  Computer literate and competent in use of MS Office to create spreadsheets and documents for effective reporting, communication and record keeping.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
