Full Job Description

  • Working closely with the operations director/senior account managers to attend site visits and quality control audits.
  • Face to face interactions with customers and staff.
  • Staff inductions.
  • Ensuring all cleaning is done accordingly and timely to high standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure all cleaners are operating in line with H&S legislation
  • Promoting and enforcing the use of clocking systems
  • Supporting with mobilisation tasks, including site visits, consultations, inductions and training
  • Support with recruitment and local candidate attraction
  • Escalating any issues or concerns to the Regional Operations Manager around poor quality of service
  • To develop and maintain a successful working relationship with the customer to ensure that their expectations are met whilst working to the defined specifications.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and demonstrate effective problem solving

    Candidates need to be skilled in at working in a fast-moving environment within the commercial cleaning service sector
  • Customer service and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone and email)
  • Positive attitude to challenges with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a highly pressurised environment.
  • Full and clean UK driving licence and be able to travel to sites
  • Flexible working hours will be required
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
  • Flexible attitude towards work requirements
