Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to individuals in various settings, including home care and care homes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of care plans, and the ability to work effectively within a team. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations.
