Contractor

We are looking to place a multi-skilled contractor (electrical/plumbing, joinery) who will be an integral part of our contractor team, this role will be fast paced with a constant workstream of refurbishment works, the candidate must have relevant experience working as a contractor with a proven track record of work capability to suit this role. · Wet rooms
· Patios
· Flat conversations
· Fire doors
· Tiling
· General carpentry
It is essential that the successful candidate has a good overall multi-skilled background to cover the basics required in refurbishment projects.

Location - covering, Gloucester, Swindon, Worcester.
Reports into - Project manager, Estates managers & Head of Estates.
Hours- 40 hrs per week - Start at 8am - Finish at 4pm. On-call 1 week in 5
Retainer paid for on-call - additional to salary
Van, Fuel card, uniform, PPE, and phone supplied. Must have own tools.
All successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Good overall multi skilled trade background
Full UK driving licence
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Own tool and material management
Effective communication with team members to ensure continuity.
