We are looking for a talented Contract Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis on our day shift in Coleshill. You will
support the needs of the contract, completing monthly pay, letters, collating reports, ordering of the system etc.
Ideally we are looking for someone who wants to develop into either HR or Transport Operations in the future.

What you'll do on a typical day:

-Assist with compliance tasks for the operation.
-Data entry and other administration related tasks.
-To achieve weekly and monthly KPIs as set by the business and producing reports and escalating any issues through the management team.
-Processing of monthly payroll and creation and submission of SSL
-Maintaining the hour input sheet
-Creating new weekly/monthly sheets
-Processing monthly payroll on T&A and SSLs
-Adding new starters, removing leavers
-Maintaining the trackers for sites
-Ensuring all sickness and absences are recorded
-Calculating holiday entitlements for leavers to be paid/recouped
-Maintaining the SICK trackers for sites
-Ordering and recording of uniform and stationary
-Creation of purchase orders in Coupa and SAP
-Dealing with any pay queries
-Supporting the HR Advisor if required, ie note taking

What you need to succeed at XPO:

-Previous experience within a transport/logistics organisation desired but not essential.
-Previous experience within a customer service role.
