Full Job Description
To work with the Legal team to provide key support for efficient and effective contracts administration within the business with a focus on software and hardware supply, professional services and managed services.,
- Reviewing and responding to legal issues and enquiries from both internal and external customers
- Ensuring end-to-end management all contracts that pass through the Legal department - MSA, GTC, EULA, Reseller Agreements, Tenders, Frameworks
- Reviewing key professional services Partner Agreements
- Responding to general legal enquiries INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working closely with the Vendor Ops, Sales, Tenders, Finance and Services teams to provide support to partners, customers and suppliers in drafting relevant contracts
- Drafting / redrafting and negotiating agreements
- Representing Bytes in front of both customers and suppliers throughout commercial discussions and negotiations

Degree in Business or Law, 1-2 years' worth of experience in a contracts administration or legal administration role, Negotiation skills DESIRBALE - A good understanding of both the UK legal system and commercial law DESIRBALE
- A general understanding of IT reseller relationships DESIRBALE
- Experience with public sector frameworks DESIRBALE CORE Competencies & SKILLS - BASED ON POSITION AND GRADE
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
- Ability to liaise with staff at all levels
- High attention to detail
- Capable of working largely independently
- Highly organised and able to plan and manage workload, and deliver excellent results
- Proactive worker, focused and likes to see tasks through to completion
