Full Job Description

The Contracts and Purchasing team is responsible for sourcing hotel accommodations across Europe for both group bookings and individual leisure travellers (FIT). This includes negotiating contracts, managing rates, ensuring availability, and overseeing general terms and conditions with hotel partners.

This role is focused on delivering comprehensive administrative support to the team, with an emphasis on maintaining and optimizing departmental data.

Main Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting large volumes of contract data, including rates, conditions, and allotments, across various systems.

  • Collaborating with Contract Managers to verify the precision and completeness of contract details.

  • Onboarding new hotels by connecting them to the appropriate Channel Managers.

  • Managing inventory by negotiating additional stock or closures as needed.

  • Assisting the division in optimizing dynamic connections, conducting availability checks, and ensuring market competitiveness.

  • Investigating and resolving any contract discrepancies.

  • Coordinating with departments in London and internationally to ensure systems are updated accurately and timely.

  • Maintaining up-to-date records of all hotel contracts and related documents.

  • Providing administrative support to Contract Managers.

  • Required Experience/Knowledge

    Essential
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

  • A good level of numeracy.


  • Desirable
  • Hotel Operations experience or Degree in Travel & Tourism would be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Google or Microsoft Suites.

  • A European language (other than English) would be an advantage.
