Full Job Description

The Position: We're looking for a Contracts and Facilities Officer Are you working in Administration or Facilities/Estates? And Looking for a new and exciting challenge? As a Contracts and Facilities Officer you will be supporting the Contract and Facilities Manager in ensuring smooth running of contracts across all six facilities, as well as dealing with day to day challenges and external room hire. What skills are we looking for: A multitasker - you must be able to work on various projects at the same time, and able to prioritise workload Organised - be able keep track of out standing Estates related issues, and ensure they are followed up in a timely manner Calm and Reliable - to be able to respond calmly to queries managing expectations of customers, and be able to relied on by the Contracts and Facilities Manager to provide updates Responsibilities for the role: Administration, coordinating contractor queries, delivery dates, raising order/approving invoices and uploading compliance documentation Coordinate and support room hire requests, providing quotes and liaising with internal teams Meet contractors onsite, update them on the latest information, provide inductions and ensure they follow NWSLC Safeguarding regulations
