Full Job Description

Reducing Inequalities: To ensure services are developed and provided in a way that provides equal access and care for all our residents Promote approaches where residents views actively shape service and care provision Use data and information to actively review and monitor the impact of services and decisions on our diverse population, taking action where necessary to ensure greater equality of impact Ensure Equality Impact Assessments are proactively undertaken for all service developments Promote a culture that embraces equality and strives continuously to reduce inequality in for all NW London residents and staff Operational: Work with members of the team to investigate the causes of any variance from target/plan and where appropriate contribute to the implementation of solutions; Management of a risk and issues tracking mechanism and its proactive resolution and escalation processes; Ensure timely and accurate information analysis and reporting to management on agreed areas of work;
Contribute to the review and development of existing information management systems and contribute to the development of an integrated approach to, service or initiative management; Develop procedures in own work function with an impact on the wider organisation, as required; Contribute to the development of key performance indicators for the successful assessment of individual and work stream success; Take a lead in the coordination of training and development and across the team for example with the Atamis database for the management of contracts. Strategic: Maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal andexternal stakeholders; Participate in relevant internal working groups/projects, services and initiatives to provide, information and analytical advice and expertise; Present information and issues, explaining issues, to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders; To liaise with colleagues to share best practice; Present information and issues, and where
required explaining complex issues, to stakeholders; Develop procedures in own work function with an impact on other support teams work plans as required. Other: This post is subject to the terms and conditions of employment of the NHS North West London ICB.
