We are an Engineering and Projects Delivery business specialising in the design, installation, management and consultancy of bulk material handling systems across a number of sectors, with specific expertise in tunnelling, aggregates and ports. With long standing industry expertise, our recent history includes successfully delivering projects in the UK, Europe and Asian markets.

The Opportunity

The Contracts Manager is a strategic role in the business; responsible for ensuring legal compliance and developing positive relationships across the board, providing Commercial insight across all activities whilst maintaining Operating Profit and identifying opportunities for growth. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Contracts Manager will maintain a diverse range of responsibilities while interacting with all key business areas.

\rA Level or equivalent qualification\rProven experience in a role within the Construction and Engineering Sector\rCommercially astute, understands the competitive market and manages risk - commercial, operational, and financial.\rUnderstanding of varied Contract Forms (NEC, MF1, JCT, Yellow book etc.) including bespoke drafting.\rHighly organised and able to prioritise workload.\rAdhere to the business's core values through working relationships, attitude, and behaviour. \r\r
