Oversee 40 million worth of social housing residential new build and refurbishment projects
Manage and support project and site managers, ensuring smooth delivery across all sites
Report to the Operations Manager, providing regular updates on project progress, budgets, and timelines
Split time between office-based work (30%) and site management (70%)
Ensure all projects meet required quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control
Conduct regular site visits, quality inspections, and safety audits
Mentor and develop junior managers, ensuring team performance and growth

Extensive experience in both new build and refurbishment projects
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale residential projects

Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 + Competitive Package (includes car allowance, private medical cover, discretionary bonus, travel expenses, and 22 days' holiday + bank holidays)
