Contracts Officer

Join our team as a Contracts Officer to help manage and streamline our contracts and sub-contracts processes. You'll work closely with the Contracts Manager, providing administrative and back office support, and play a vital role in ensuring everything runs smoothly.,

• Maintain contract-related due dates and documentation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy in SAP.
• Manage amendments and invoice generation for contracts.
• Assist with sub-contractor purchase orders and invoices.
• Handle contract variations and maintain a variations database.
• Support the Contracts Managers in day-to-day administration.
• Keep Salesforce IDs up to date.
• Provide holiday cover for Administration Manager.
• Contribute to drafting contractual documents.
  
  Basic understanding of contracting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and administration skills.
• GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
Desirable:
• Previous SAP experience.
• Experience in a contracts/commercial office.
• Enrolled or interested in formal contract management education.
