Full Job Description
EPNE require a highly organised and experienced individual to support the college's subcontracted provision which includes Adult Education, Skills Bootcamps and 16-18 Study Programmes.
- Strong, recent, demonstrable experience working in a Subcontracting role in Further Education securing high levels of performance and compliance.
- Detailed working knowledge of FE Funding & Subcontracting rules including DFE Subcontract standard, in a subcontracting role, ensuring high levels of compliance.
- Highly organised, able to plan own workload, work independently, to meet tight deadlines.
- Highly effective Performance Management, reporting against Key Performance Indicators
- Highly effective data analysis and planning skills to underpin robust planning and performance management.
- Detailed understanding of funding audit requirements, able to demonstrate successful experience of audit preparation.
- Detailed knowledge of the Further Education Sector including funding / regulatory bodies roles / requirements
- Confident, effective, impactful stakeholder relationship management with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Risk Management Desirable
