Full Job Description
Due to our continued success and our rapid expansion plans in 2024, we are looking for a Contract Operations team apprentice to support our growth within Wren Contracts and Social Housing. The team behind Wren Kitchens have been an industry leader in kitchen manufacturing for both the UK and US markets for half a century, and has now become the UK's fastest growing designer, manufacturer and retailer of kitchens. As a Contracts Operations team apprentice, your responsibility will be to assist with pre-delivery tasks including pre-fit changes, call off's and delivery bookings for our Social Housing and Contract teams. Responsibility will also include installer recruitment to assist with the Growth of the Installation team. Main Responsibilities :
- Upon call off requests, making changes to orders to meet requirements
- Co-ordinate with Contract Field Installation Managers, Social Housing BDM / PDMS and Contract Sales team for delivery requests and replacement orders.
- Installer recruitment, management, and compliance
- Administrative tasks relevant to the role
- Pre-Fits changes in line with Contract Field Installation Managers visit to development sites.
