Control Manager - Senior Associate

As a Control Manager - Senior Associate in the UK Regulatory Finance team, you will design and manage operational models for regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models meet organizational needs and adapt to changes. Your role is crucial in aligning with the overall governance of operating models and supporting the efficiency agenda.,

• Design operational models for new regulatory reporting processes and refine existing models for efficiency.
• Own and escalate risks and issues promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to project discipline and deadlines.
• Coordinate working group meetings, prepare materials, and document minutes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operating models meet organizational needs.
• Agree on SLAs with stakeholders for data attributes.
• Understand the regulatory framework to align with governance of operating models.
• Assess the impact of regulatory changes on existing reporting.
• Support the regulatory system controller in running workflows and documenting system issues.
  
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong track record of driving and delivering results.
• Experience in program/project management and operating models.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships and think strategically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team-working skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Knowledge of Alteryx and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in Basel/Regulatory Reporting/CRD4/CRD5/COREP.
