What You'll Do:

  • Take Ownership of Tasks: You'll be responsible for ensuring that all shifts are accurately booked on, meeting our clients' staffing requirements. Your focus will be on clearing screens quickly and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant data is processed to the highest standard.

  • Monitor & Communicate: You'll actively monitor live screens, ensuring the correct allocation of control room staff, and communicate effectively with your team, Team Leaders, and senior managers across the business. Clear and professional communication is key to keeping operations running smoothly.

  • Process Management & Adaptability: In this role, you'll handle a variety of processes tailored to different clients. Your flexibility and ability to adapt will be crucial as you juggle multiple responsibilities in a high-pressure environment.

  • IT Proficiency: You'll utilise our company-wide systems to manage and track shifts, bookings, and other essential data. Strong IT skills are essential, as you'll need to enter and manage data accurately within the system.

  • Time Management & Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are critical. You'll need to arrive on time for each shift, ready to start work promptly, and manage your time effectively to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
