Lead Our Team as a Control Shift Manager - £35,875 per Year!

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Control Shift Manager to join our National Operations Centre in Northampton.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Develop Your - Team Manage a team working across both day and night shifts, ensuring consistent performance and high morale. You'll conduct meaningful monthly one-to-ones, setting SMART objectives to drive continuous development and team success.

  • Drive Operational Excellence - Oversee the booking of over 700,000 shifts per month, ensuring all shifts are adequately staffed to meet client needs. You'll manage additional ad-hoc shifts, ensuring swift and accurate response, and maintain high standards across all operational processes.

  • Proactive Management & Problem Solving: - In this fast-paced environment, you'll anticipate potential issues and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Your ability to leading by example, prioritize workloads, and ensure efficient operations will be key to maintaining exceptional service delivery.

  • Communication & Reporting - Maintain clear and professional communication with team members, senior management, and clients. You'll ensure daily reports are accurately compiled and distributed, and deliver comprehensive monthly reports detailing team performance, actions taken, and objectives met.

  • Foster a Positive Team - Environment You'll engage with your team to maintain high morale, ensuring that every shift is run to an exceptional standard. Your leadership will create a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone can succeed.
