Full Job Description

We are looking for a Control Shift Tower Manager to join our HS2 team in London. The Control Tower Shift Manager will report to the Control Tower Manager and join the SCS Logistics team that manages construction logistics across the HS2 main works. What you'll do:

  • Control Tower Operations while on shift.
  • Daily briefings and high team performance.
  • Offering continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Deputising for Control Tower Manager when required
  • Control Tower Systems Super User.

    Experience in Construction Logistics
  • Experience managing shift operations and coordinating with multiple teams.
  • Proven track record of managing complex construction activities safely and efficiently.
  • Understanding of rail infrastructure projects.
