Full Job Description
This role is within the Electronic Trading Risk & Control Management Team, a global front office team within the COO division. The team is responsible for ensuring that Automated Risk Controls (ARCs) facilitate the prevention of E-Trading risks, such as market, conduct risk & algorithmic trading risk., As a Control Validator - Electronic Trading Risk & Controls you will be responsible for:
- Conduct reviews of control design specifications.
- Perform control effectiveness assurance.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to conduct limit assessments.
- Identify process improvements for assessing adequacy and effectiveness of controls.
- Investigating and responding to electronic trading risk control issues. What we require from the candidate:
- Experience writing test cases and reviewing test evidence related to pre-trade electronic trading controls.
- Experience writing policies/procedures for technical testing of algorithms.
- Experience reviewing risk limits.
- Risk Control Self Assessment - RCSA policy/procedure documentation experience.
