Full Job Description
- Tell brilliant stories by demonstrating your deep understanding of the customer, our market, and our commercial performance, using this as the springboard to drive change
- Collaborate closely with our Marcomms teams to support the sales effort across paid & owned media, linking this to our audience-led strategy
- Work with colleagues in Commercial & Finance to create and hit sensible targets to grow convergence and achieve our overall goals
Strong ability to simplify complex information and use it to create a path forward - Ability to tell the story in a compelling way that inspires our customers and your colleagues
- Experience of working in Customer Propositions or Product Management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A desire to provide the very best customer service and be relentless in the pursuit of exceeding the needs of our customers Would be good to have: -
