Conveyancer

You will need to demonstrate your expertise in relation to all stages of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing. Additionally, you can expect to cover remortgages, transfers and releases of equity, lease extensions and some development work, complying with CQS standards at all times.
You will be required to manage your own workload and communicate capacity levels to the wider team.

· At least 2 years' experience of running your own caseload of residential property transactions
· Value working in a fast-paced team
· Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised
