Day to day support and assistance to the fee earners. Within this role, you will be working in the conveyancing department.
What the role involves:
- Opening files
- Drafting documents
- Carrying out AML searches
- Ordering searches
- Ordering redemption statements
- Post completion including filing SDLT and AP1s
- Drafting standard letters
