Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. - Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of property transactions.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
- Conduct property searches and due diligence.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Handle complex cases and resolve issues that arise during the conveyancing process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing. - Proven experience managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters.
- Strong knowledge of property law and current legal practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and legal software.
