Conveyancing Solicitor / CILEX, FILEX / CLC / Conveyancer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team and manage the legal aspects of property transactions. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional service, ensuring smooth and efficient property sales and purchases.,

• Transaction Management: Oversee and manage the entire conveyancing process from initiation to completion.


• Document Preparation: Draft and meticulously review contracts, leases, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.


• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact, liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.


• Property Searches: Conduct comprehensive property searches and investigate title deeds to identify any potential legal issues.


• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to safeguard clients' interests.


• Compliance: Ensure all legal requirements and deadlines are met throughout the conveyancing process.
  
  Expert Knowledge: In-depth understanding of conveyancing laws and procedures.


• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.


• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in document preparation and review.


• Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
