Supporting the Head Chef and Kitchen Supervisor in the day to day running of the food barn, food outlets and farm shop.
Hot food serving and cooking of toasties, burgers, curries and burritos in some of our food outlets.
Full kitchen food safety compliance; when using cooking equipment, utensils, chopping boards, fryers etc.
Occasional evening work (on-site) events.
Food Hygiene compliance and Allergen compliance.
Keeping work stations and surfaces clean and tidy, washing up each kitchen department.
Following company policies and procedures.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Kitchen Team Member.
Must have a passion for food and be willing to learn.
Minimum 1 years' experience preferred or have experience of working within a kitchen environment.
Team player.
Enthusiastic.
Reliable and punctual.
Flexible approach (could be asked to work outside of working hours as and when needed).

Work pattern: (day hours only), you will be working every - Saturday, Sunday and Monday (with the chance to flex your days up within our busier periods).
