Full Job Description
We have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join our awesome team as a Cook, where you'll be responsible for the kitchen duties. You'll be ordering all the food, menu planning and ensure all health & safety regulations are in place. As our Cook, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all stock is recorded when received and expenditure records are maintained. You'll plan and prepare all meals catering to our diverse customer group to ensure all meals suit a variety of dietary needs and cultures. Typical day as a Cook
- Overseeing the management of the kitchen as directed by the service manager.
- Responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining adequate stocks of food.
- Responsibility for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, pantries etc.
- Maintain stock sheets and do stock checks as required

- Rota working including weekends and bank holidays BUT we're open to agreeing a work pattern with you!
- Able to use technology for uploading kitchen safety documentation on our SharePoint.
- You'll need a Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
Previous experience in catering work. - Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to keep calm under pressure.
