Full Job Description
This is primarily a hands-on supervision role where you will work alongside and with your teams.
You will learn all the back-ground skills and knowledge to enable you to complete the full role, e.g. food preparation and cooking, allergens and other dietary requirements, completion of HACCP paperwork, equipment training and waste management. You will learn our IT systems to produce rosters, complete appraisal processes and staff 1:1's.

We are recruiting for Cook at Tonbridge Cottage Hospital, 37.5 hours per week, working a two week rota including working alternate weekends and shifts between the hours of 7am to 7pm.
Supervision and Catering experience within the NHS is welcome though not essential. A full induction and training programme will be applied at the start of your journey with us.

Your salary in this role will start at £24,071 per annum which equates to £12.31 per hour. Hours worked at the weekend, Bank Holiday and unsociable working hours (8pm - 6am) will attract an enhanced hourly pay (plus 12.07% if worked on bank).
