Full Job Description

  • Supervise all relevant personnel in school and welfare catering operation.
  • Complete all relevant administration, purchasing, stock control, staff rotas and financial processes in accordance with Trust procedures and standing orders.
  • Prepare and produce relevant food and beverage in line with pupil requirements and legislation.
  • Pro-actively work in partnership to promote healthy eating and sales.
  • Ensure that the correct procedures are completed in relation to the operation of financial systems.
  • Assist in the preparation, serving and presentation of all food and beverages as directed by the Head Teacher whilst ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.

    The successful candidate will have a Level 2 NVQ in Hospitality and Catering or equivalent catering experience.

    Salary: SCP 7 - 9 £16,611 - £17,175 per annum (£24,294 - £25,119 pro rata)
