Full Job Description
- Supervise all relevant personnel in school and welfare catering operation.
- Complete all relevant administration, purchasing, stock control, staff rotas and financial processes in accordance with Trust procedures and standing orders.
- Prepare and produce relevant food and beverage in line with pupil requirements and legislation.
- Pro-actively work in partnership to promote healthy eating and sales.
- Ensure that the correct procedures are completed in relation to the operation of financial systems.
- Assist in the preparation, serving and presentation of all food and beverages as directed by the Head Teacher whilst ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a Level 2 NVQ in Hospitality and Catering or equivalent catering experience.
