Full Job Description

As the Cook at Milestones Museum, you'll be responsible for preparing and delivering the food offer at our café.With a focus on traditional British grub, your food will play a large part in ensuring our visitors enjoy a great day out. You'll have plenty of autonomy, encouraged to show a little creative flair in suggesting new additions to the menu and devising specials. You'll take ownership of our well-equipped kitchen, ensuring all activity adheres to current FSA legislation and keeping the necessary documentation to prove it.

You'll have prior experience of working in a kitchen and a passion for creating good food. Maybe you've come from a role in the hospitality industry, or maybe bake really mean cakes and want to share your gifts! You will be well organised and adept at using your own initiative, whilst also enjoying working with others and contributing to the work of a larger team. You like to keep things ship-shape and Bristol fashion, expecting those you work with to do the same., Disability Confident
