Cook Two/Second in Charge

Permanent, Part Time, 30 hours per week, Term Time Only (38 weeks) plus 3 days

Grade 3, Actual Pro-rata salary £16,152 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for Quarrydale Academy in a friendly, school kitchen environment.

We are seeking to appoint a Cook Two/Second in Charge with the desire to prepare, cook and serve a range of tasty, nutritious food to our students, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will play a major role in supporting all catering personnel in the preparation, presentation and service of school meals, whilst providing a safe, clean environment to pupils and staff. Training will be given where necessary and appropriate.

Quarrydale's kitchen is managed by the Academy Trust and there has been significant support and investment into this focus of our work.

The ideal candidate will:
