All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe's latest high speed rail projects., We're recruiting for an Abnormal Loads Coordinator based in Bicester.
As the Abnormal Loads Coordinator, you will support the business and the supply chain to ensure the safe and compliant delivery and collection of Abnormal Indivisible Loads (AIL) to/from site. You will be the primary point of contact in matters relating to AILs within the OSCR. You will coordinate communications between all stakeholders to ensure that all are informed and have accurate and timely information and proactively ensure all AIL movements comply with legal requirements, HS2 contractual requirements and EKFB minimum standards.
You will maintain a record of all AIL movements, ensuring that they are correct and that there is sufficient authority for the required movements to take place or that the authority has not been exceeded. In addition, you will conduct investigations when there is a cause to believe a move has not been conducted in accordance with regulations and processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to extract and decipher relevant data and act upon the information
- Good communication skills including an excellent telephone manner, to ensure you can efficiently liaise with our internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in monitoring and reporting on performance in line with KPIs, contractual and legal requirements
- Experience in either Fleet operations, Construction logistics, Control room operations or Abnormal Load Operation is desirable but not essential.
