Join Our Team as a Community Link Coordinator and Help Make a Difference! We're looking for an organised, proactive administrator to keep our Community Link Worker Team running smoothly and efficiently, working closely with the Senior Community Link Worker, Service Manager, and the NHS.,

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Community Link Worker Team
  • Maintain rotas for meetings, answer emails and phone calls, and manage data entry
  • Run system reports, assist with audits, save files, and help the team stay organised
  • Work closely with the NHS IT team to ensure the smooth use of SystemOne, NHS laptops, and our own AUKWSBH database
  • Support the team's ability to provide one-to-one assistance to individuals, connecting them to vital local services that improve their health and wellbeing
  • The Impact: You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary NHS team, working through Sussex Community Foundation Trust. The wider team provides crucial support to local people, helping them access services such as housing advice, benefits, and social activities to combat loneliness.   • Strong communication skills, you'll engage with clients, colleagues, and professionals both in person and in writing.
  • Confidence in handling administrative tasks like scheduling, data entry, and managing reports.
  • Proficiency with IT systems, including Excel, Word, databases, and NHS tools such as SystemOne.
  • A proactive, organised approach, you'll help streamline processes and manage competing demands in a busy environment.
  • The ability to work closely with both the internal team and NHS IT, ensuring smooth technical operations.
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus, but your positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help are essential.
