Coordinator Integrated Urgent Care Service (IUCS) - bank contract

We discourage over reliance on AI-generated as it will lessen your chances of success in securing an interview with us ., The GP out of hours service will be accessed through the NHS 111 service and the Clinical Assessment Service. Coordinators will be operational outside of the period of 9-5 Monday to Friday. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with good working knowledge of health services to oversee service activity, reporting and escalation of IUCS delivery for all bases within the county and are responsible for booking home visits following a triage.
The Coordinator is the main point of contact Out of Hours and are a conduit to the in-hours management team., · Oversee the operation of the out-of-hours integrated urgent care service, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established protocols.
· Be responsible for booking GP home visits via SystmOne case management and car dispatching.
· Communicate with the GP driver to be informed of any service interruptions.
· Communicate with clinical professionals and base receptionists to receive any service disruptions or escalations.
