Full Job Description

  • Ability to utilise AI tools and platforms to generate high-quality, brand-aligned copy. As well as capability to harness AI learning models to aid in streamlining of copy content generation


  • Lead liaison with internal clients to deliver consumer-facing copy assets to the highest brand standards, always playing a part as a custodian of our brand and never compromising on our house standards


  • Act as the primary guardian for our TOV and writing standards, collaborating closely with senior partners as required to gatekeep output and ensure standards are understood and maintained


  • Play a core role in customer-facing campaign development, ensuring that our brand is tonally represented to its best through the line and providing subject matter expertise to constructively challenge and support the output of agencies at all times


  • Lead the creation of consumer-facing marketing assets, adverts and brand comms for all B2C channels and provide quality assurance and support to other copywriters


  • CX comms - onboard, in-resort, in-airport, and including plane naming


  • Magazine content curation (guiding and working with the agreed agency partner)

  • The ability to adapt to different audiences and channels is also vital.


  • Experience of leading and developing a brand's tone of voice guidelines, and skills to review and improve on behalf of the brand, is important.
