Full Job Description

The role requires someone with a flexible, focused and positive approach to minute taking, who is able to record the information in an impartial way without imposing their own opinions into the notes taken. The role requires someone who can embrace a varied and demanding workload and who can recognise the changing needs of our governance structure and the Corporate Secretariat Team. The role requires someone who will be available to attend meetings both in person and online.

Are you an experienced minute taker with strong administration and formal minute taking skills?

Do you have excellent attention to detail and the ability to understand Board level and committee meetings?

Do you have a track record of dealing with highly confidential information and the ability to be discreet?

Do you have a positive attitude, the ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting deadlines and work as part of a close team?

Are you able to develop positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders including senior members of staff, Governors and Board members?

If you have answered 'yes' we want to hear from you. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Affairs Officer who will to join the University Hospital Tees Group to provide essential support and coordination to a busy and friendly Corporate Secretariat Team.

Cross site working is essential (North Tees and South Tees)
