Full Job Description

Corporate Comms content:
- Prepare and manage corporate comms content plans for social media and website to meet Group and Marketing objectives.
- Source, draft and tailor written content for our external corporate communications channels, such as corporate sustainability Insights articles, case studies and social media.
- Work with our content and creative teams to deliver multimedia content including podcasts, videos and graphics.
- Ensure that content is clear, accurate, consistent, and appropriate for the intended audience.
- Simplify complex information into concise and easy-to-understand content.
- Review editorial content delivered by our key stakeholders and advise on how to make it engaging for our audiences.
- Work with designers to find solutions for engaging layouts and collateral across all digital channels.

Corporate social media:
- Execute our corporate social media content strategy.
- Manage and maintain a corporate social media content calendar, liaising with and informing relevant stakeholders. Working flexibly to adapt the calendar as needed.
- Work with a small selection of Group senior executives to manage and post to their personal social media accounts on a quarterly cycle.
- Post, manage and promote content across all our corporate social channels.
- Help develop, manage and maintain a regular cycle of social media monitoring and reporting.
- Use relevant content management systems and maintaining high standards.
- Follow best practice and Group social media governance processes.

Global corporate website:
- Participate in planning and delivery of site development and content updates.
- Work with relevant digital marketing specialists to optimise the UX and effectiveness of the website.
- Use relevant content management systems and maintaining high standards.

- Work collaboratively with the Digital Publishing team to publish content updates, working to tight deadlines.

- A sound command of the English language. Ability to write clear, compelling and concise communications. A confidence in adapting writing styles to the relevant audience, using the appropriate tone of voice.

- Strong project management capabilities.
- Presentation design, writing, editing, story-telling and proofreading skills.
- Adaptability, pragmatism and willingness to learn from feedback.
- An interest in picking up new skills and technical expertise across multiple platforms e.g. social media monitoring, website content management system, data analysis and presentation.

What you'll do
As a listed company with a global footprint, we need to engage a range of stakeholders such as clients, shareholders, and prospective employees. We have an important story to tell about everything from our corporate strategy and financial performance to climate strategy and inclusion and diversity progress. We need a confident and organised communications practitioner who can put themselves in the shoes of our audiences, work from a range of content sources, and help deliver really engaging communications.

Corporate Reporting Story Package:
- Coordinate delivery of the annual Corporate Reporting Story Package as 'Story Package Lead'.
- Facilitate the Story Package working group.
- Maintain key Story Package documentation and content components.
- Work with tools and templates that support best practice delivery.
- Understand data and insights to refine and improve communications approaches across multiple channels.
- Use analytics and dashboards to report against Story Package KPIs.
