Full Job Description

This is a 360 role which supports Europe Communications in communicating to our external and internal audiences and hotel owner community. A snapshot of what you will be doing:

  • Work with the team to support the development and execution of communications plans for key strategic projects and news relevant to our audiences.
  • Manage media relations opportunities, including participating in the crisis duty rota and managing PR agencies, and respond to inquiries from hotels and journalists by conducting thorough fact-finding within the business.
  • Oversee PR agency relationships across key European markets and support the development and execution of communications plans for retained and project-based activity.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to coordinate internal events such as town halls and events (to corporate and hotel/ General Manager audiences) like newsletters and articles.
  • Strategic and creative writing for multiple channels including leadership LinkedIn channels, press releases to tell our growth story, event scripts and narratives.
  • Support the team including maintain and update communications calendars and distribution lists, ensuring accurate reporting and metrics for internal and external communications activities.

    Proven experience in communications, preferably in hospitality or B2B.
  • Excellent written communication in English (other languages a plus), with the ability to influence at various levels.
  • Effective team player with the ability to problem-solve and communicate complex issues clearly.
  • Proficient in digital and social media platforms.
  • Preferred (Ideal but not essential) Experience:
  • Strong media relations skills, including crisis handling and sound judgment.
  • Experience contributing to 360° communication campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience managing complex work plans with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of working with PR agencies.
